Registration open now for National Visually Impaired Youth Swimming Gala


Registration for British Blind Sport’s National Visually Impaired (VI) Youth Swimming Gala is open now with the date confirmed at Saturday 5 May.

The annual event takes place from 2pm until 6pm at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre in Solihull with free entry for all blind and partially sighted children aged between eight and 17 years old regardless of ability in the freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, freestyle relay and medley relay 25m, 50m and 100m events.

Additionally, small group sessions are available for five to seven year olds led by qualified instructors experienced in visually impaired swimming.
